We are a small company that specialize in MADE TO ORDER club wear and rave clothing. everything is made to order and the quality of the work and the final garment is very important to us. We want to make sure you get the best so we ask to allow TWO WEEKS for making and delivering the goods (see shipping info below).
We currently located in Los Angeles, California, and get our inspiration from all of the beautiful girls and wonderful people we meet at our local favorite Hollywood clubs.

*Rushed Orders- if you need it within less then two weeks, You can add a little note in the comment box of your order letting us know the date that you need it by, and we will do our best to ship on time once we see your note, however, it is not guaranteed that we see your note on time and are able to ship on time for that date. it is always better if you email us BEFORE placing your order and ask if possible to ship for the date you need it for. we will then let you know if possible and ask you to add a note to your order. and if you already placed your order and just happen to see this info after the fact, which happens a lot, you can still email us and ask to rush your order, we will do our best and work with you (check our home page for announcements, sometimes we are away or just way too busy and can't take rushed orders. when that happens, you can ask to cancel your order if you unwilling to wait for it to ship within the time frame requested on the product page.)
*Large orders (of more then 5-6 items) might take longer to make and ship.
*Overnight delivery is not available at this time. since the fastest method we use is USPS Priority, the fastest we can deliver an order to you is within 3-5 business days (rushed orders only).
*Please note that we are doing our very best to ensure that you receive your order on time, but the delivery time stated is only an estimate, we cannot guarantee the actual time of delivery.
*Again, All the Clothing in this store are all 100% HAND MADE, will do our best to ship everything fast, but we apologize if any unexpected delays may occur!... we have been getting a lot of orders so PLEASE be patient with us >^.^< they worth the wait and we really try and do our best to keep everyone happy... so please, if you have any question or concerns regarding your order, please contact us.
*Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number to your email address you provide when placing your order. The status of your order will be updated ONLY once your order has shipped, Please allow up to two weeks before you email us to ask about the status of your order, having to answer emails from people who ask about the status or their order 3 days after they placed it will only slow down the process of making your order.
*CANADA SHIPPING - is via USPS Priority International and it includes tracking and insurance. please allow 3-4 weeks for making and delivering your order.
*ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is via USPS First Class international. This service does not provide tracking and insurance. We will not be responsible for packages lost in mail. if you like to pay more for Priority service that provide tracking and insurance please contact us for prices.

*Rush delivery is not available for international orders. We can ship sooner upon request, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date due to potential customs delays.

Returned Items must be in its original packaging, In New, unused, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. VinylDolls.net will pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchanged products. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
No returns on Custom items (Custom changes made to your request, Custom 3 and 5 tone furry leg warmers, custom requests for change length, color, etc...)

WASHING AND CARE - FURRY LEG WARMERS/FLUFFIES:
Basic rule: Spot wash places that need it first, and machine wash only if necessary. Many people donít know that machine washing is tough on all clothing fibers. Wash your Fluffies as little as possible. 2 or 3 times a year with heavy use, less with less use.
1. Wash the Fluffies in the washing machine. Cold water, a little bit of detergent. Gentle cycle. Hang dry. NO HEAT!!! NO DRYER!!! The number one, most important thing about cleaning your fluffies is NEVER, EVER PUT THEM IN THE DRYER. Furr is made of synthetic fibers, which means they will melt under high heat such as a dryer or iron.
2. Keep the Fluffies away from open flame, heaters and radiators. The synthetic fibers will melt into little black plastic balls.
3. Be mindful that your fur may snag on sequined garments, belt buckles and decorative elements.
4. Sun will fade the fur if it is exposed ongoingly. Be sure to store in a closet or away from windows.
5. don't dry clean it. There's no need to dry clean your Fluffies. It'll cost you a ton, will just put more chemicals in your fabric, and isn't likely to get it as clean as simply washing it. There's also the potential for a dry cleaner to damage the fur.
6. Love your Fluffies, and they will bring you love in return!
I receive many requests and questions about custom orders, I DO NOT take custom orders at this time.
I WILL do simple things like changing the color on a certain items or adjust the size or length if needed, but I WILL NOT alter my patterns or create / design a whole new outfits....
We also receive many emails from local people living in the LA area asking if possible to pick up their orders... we're sorry, but we DO NOT do local pickups.
