The skirt is a full circle ( very flared ) and it has 3 layers of fabric, the top layer made out of a Red vinyl fabric, the middle layer made out of White vinyl fabric, the bottom layer made out of a black satin fabric and it has Red lace sewn to it at the bottom. Great outfit for Halloween Costume.
